Every 8-10 weeks depending on the intent of the programmeme cycle, we test out members to show them progression in their training and that they are one step further towards their goals.
It also helps us see what is working, what we can remove and how we can make that 1 hour every day more beneficial to our members.
The picture above shows 3 days of testing and not only strength work. We also tested conditioning and skills.
