FSM Kids is perfect for parents who want their kids to develop into healthy, fit, strong and confident adults that sustain a life-long love of exercise. In this way, common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity are avoided and reversed.
Our programme delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift or jump effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specific sports. All sports are specialized pursuits that are encouraged and complimented by FSM Kids training. Our goal is to support the specialist, reward the generalist, and to encourage kids to be good at everything.
The FSM Kids programme is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any young person, regardless of experience or age. We use the same routines for 4 year olds as for elite secondary school athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the programme. The needs of our primary school and secondary school rugby player differ only by degree: not kind.

Our classes are structured according to age and experience. From age 4-6 and 7-12 each class is 40 minutes long. The class begins with an engaging warm-up, followed by a “skill of the day” and then a “workout of the day” (WOD). We always end our WODs with a FUN game, ensuring that our kids leave smiling, laughing, excited and looking forward to seeing their friends and coach at their next class.
