At FSM we believe nutrition should not be hard. In-fact Nutrition can be made easy through habitual training.

Most of our eating is formed from our daily habits and the best way to break a habit is to first look at our daily routine and then the food we consume around it.

Making small changes to our day and week will add up to sustainable healthier eating.

On average people will consume 3 meals with 2/3 snacks per day. (This is an average) In one week you will consume 42 meals/snacks

If we start making changes to just 2 meals or snacks per week by making them healthier choices we can slowly change how you look at and see food in your day.
