A few weeks ago we got to catch up with the super talented Claire McGrath 10 days out from her first bodybuilding competition (which if you haven’t heard she came second and has since competed again)
Claire’s started out in yoga and after seeing how much her sister Mary McGarth excelled with weightlifting she decided to give lifting and CrossFit ago. As Claire developed her strength and skill in CrossFit and weightlifting she noticed that other lifters and CrossFit athletes were lacking in movement. From this she combined her years teaching yoga and practicing CrossFit and weightlifting to develop her own style of yoga “YOGAINZ” and has been growing her classes ever since.
