Today Coach Dave takes you through a 12 Minute EMOM as part of our LIVE online classes.

EMOM = Each minute on the minute

  1. 30 Sec Handstand hold
  2. 8 Z shoulder press each side
  3. 20 sec max plank burpee

The goal here is to score the total amount of burpees in the 12 minutes
