Dave Brien, 48, dad of four with two grandchildren. My passions in life consist of many things, friends, family, however I thoroughly strive for fitness and horticulture. Many may not know that I have been passionate about horticulture for a lot of my adulthood. The feeling of being in nature is one that you can’t get enough of.
I love to work with people and help them achieve their fitness and health goals. I adore teaching and sharing my love for fitness, with people of all ages and abilities. Being able to laugh alongside people who love the same things I do is a feeling that I never want to lose.
