FSM Bray isn’t a commercial gym. We’re a coaching facility built around small-group training, accountability, and community. You’ll never be left to “figure it out” on your own – every session is coached, every person has a plan, and every member has support.

No. That’s literally our job. Whether you’re a total beginner or haven’t trained in years, we meet you where you are. Everything we do is scalable – and your first few sessions are focused on building confidence, not crushing you.

Before joining classes, every new member completes three Fundamental sessions with a coach. We assess your movement, build your base, and teach you how FSM Bray training works so you feel confident walking into class on day one.

We focus on movement, strength, conditioning, and longevity – that make you strong for life, not just the gym. Our programmes are structured, progressive, and designed by expert coaches who actually train you, not just watch you.

FSM Bray’s main group sessions (usually 8-16 people) so you get the intensity and motivation of a group with the individual attention of personal training.

Yes, we offer personal training and small group coaching.

The FSM Bray community is a mix of real people – parents, professionals, and kids and teens – all chasing progress, not perfection. You’ll be surrounded by people who want to see you win, not judge where you’re starting.

Your journey starts with our Fundamentals Programme (€170) – three personal training sessions designed to assess your movement, build your foundation, and prepare you for success in class. After that, memberships range from €40-€45 per week, depending on how often you train. Every membership includes coaching, accountability, and community support, plus access to exclusive workshops and events – not just a swipe card to a gym.
